Meet Your Pearland Realtor...

Whoooeeeeee!  It's been a long time.  16+ years as a Realtor, and I've loved it... well most of the time.  There have been some bumps along the way, but so many great people, many who have become my good friends whom I have sold homes to multiple times and now selling homes to their kids and other family members.  Most of my Real Estate business is done right here in Pearland and the surrounding cities like Friendswood, Alvin, Manvel, Rosharon and Alvin. 

 I have been married to my hubby Stephen McFarland for almost 25 years!  After all these years he is still my best friend and very favorite HUSBAND! Stephen and I both grew up here in Pearland and both of our families still live here so it was the perfect place to raise our family. We have four kids Candace, Blake, Travis and Jayden.  Candace is a 1st grade school teacher, Blake is in the Army in Fort Stewart Georgia, Travis works and goes to college.  Jayden our youngest (by many years) is in fourth grade.  We also have a granddaughter Kylee that is wild and crazy and the love of our life.

I work with both buyers and sellers, and have substantial experience with first time home buyers.  I have significant personal relocation experience, and as a REALTOR have helped a number of buyers relocate (from a few hundred miles to across the country). I understand the difficulties of relocation and offer a variety of unique real estate services tailored specifically for relocation clients.

 I just closed on my beautiful home yesterday and I couldn't have done it without Maggie. We had tried with another realtor previously and could not get through some difficult financial issues so we gave up on getting a home and lost $2000. I called Maggie about renting a house and that is when we discussed what had happened previously with buying. She said that the financial issue we described should have not been a problem. She got in touch with the Loan Officer I use and they got us in our beautiful home.
